1. What types of gemstones do you source?

I can source nearly any gemstone to order, specializing in colored stones of all price ranges. I can also locate rare and collector grade gemstones as well as high-value gemstones.

2. How does the gemstone sourcing process work?

Submit your sourcing request form (see main page) and I will reach out to you personally! Once the sourcing deposit is submitted I will begin the search for at least 2 weeks depending on your deadline and order. I will then present to you with gemstone options for you to review before purchase based on your provided budget.

3. Do you provide certification for your gemstones?

Yes, upon request, you may have your gemstone certified by third-party, reputable gemological labs such as GIA, IGI, AIGS, JGTL, AGS, etc.

4. How long does sourcing typically take?

Timing varies depending on rarity and specifications. Common gemsones can often be sourced within a few days, whereas rare or high-grade gemstones may take several weeks. I will keep you updates throughout the entire process.

 

​5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I can ship worldwide using reliable shipping servies. I typically ship all gemstones through Fed-Ex or DHL. Shipping availability may vary depending on local customs regulations.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will depend on your location, order value, chosen delivery method and wether or not you would like the parcel insured. I offer expedited and fully insured shipping options. A detailed quote will be provided before purchase/checkout.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination: 

  • Domestic: 2-5 business days

  • International: typically 2-10 business days.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. 

 

8. What should I do if my package is lost?

​Should this situation arrise, contact me immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. If the shipment is lost, I will fully reimburse you. However, if the shipment is "not received," I cannot issue a refund.

9. Do you accept returns?

All sales are final.
